Slimify offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the eligible period. Provide your account details and reason for the refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Slimify does not offer partial refunds. If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day money-back period, you will continue to have access to Slimify until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A notification email will be sent before your subscription is renewed.
Refunds on accounts using promotional offers or discounts will be adjusted to reflect the actual amount paid after deducting any applicable discounts.
