After completing the diet plan questionnaire, you can expect to receive your personalized plan within 48 -72 hours. This allows our AI system and expert dietitians to create a plan tailored to your specific needs.

3. Delivery Method

Your personalized diet plan will be delivered via email to the address you provided during registration. Additionally, it will be available in your Slimify account dashboard for easy access at any time.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once your plan is ready, we will send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive your plan within 48 - 72 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer support team.

5. Technical Issues

In the rare event of technical difficulties preventing the delivery of your plan, our support team will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your plan as soon as possible.

6. Plan Updates

As you progress in your weight loss journey, you may receive updates to your plan. These updates will be delivered in the same manner as your initial plan, at no additional cost.

7. Accessibility

Your Slimify diet plan will be provided in a widely compatible digital format, ensuring you can access it on various devices including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
